User Guide

General | What pressure does Nano use?

Nano operates at 20 bar of pressure, ideal for extracting rich flavour and creating a thick, smooth crema.

For a stronger coffee, we recommend using around 50 ml of water.

General | Does Nano use a pressurized or non-pressurized filter basket?

Nano features an integrated portafilter and filter basket design.

Although the espresso exits through a single hole, this does not indicate a pressurized basket. Many non-pressurized portafilters (excluding bottomless types) also use a single outlet. Nano’s design follows this same non-pressurized extraction principle.

General | Can Nano be used on an airplane?

No. According to international airline regulations, Nano cannot be used during a flight.

However, it is allowed to be carried in your carry-on luggage only.

Charging | Does Nano support 220V or 240V power?

Nano can be charged using both 220V and 240V power sources, provided the charging adapter supports them.

Please ensure:

Output voltage: at least 5V
Output power: minimum 10W
